There are views of the mountains, a well, and a roadway leading up to the 700 square foot camp. It is insulated, semi-heated, wired for power, and two floors. Address is 325 Woodward Road, Fairfax.
There is no power to the camp, but there is a power pole about 20 feet off of the property line.
